GradeVault.eu processes only the personal data strictly required to provide the service, including registration, authentication, Vault management, wishlists, private messaging, moderation, and application security obligations. Data is processed only to the extent necessary for platform operation and for carrying out the requests made by the user.

Content visibility

Slabs marked as private remain visible only to the owner and to administrators to the extent necessary for technical management, security, and moderation. Public Slabs, public profile information, and any content the user decides to share may be viewed by other users and, within the technical limits of the web, may be indexed, captured, or reused by third parties without GradeVault.eu being able to prevent this absolutely.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the period reasonably necessary for service purposes, for the protection of the operator’s rights, for abuse prevention, and for compliance with any applicable technical, tax, or regulatory obligations. Although proportionate technical and organizational measures are adopted, GradeVault.eu cannot guarantee the absolute absence of unauthorized access, data loss, or service interruptions.

User rights

The user may request access, rectification, update, export, or deletion of data within the limits allowed by applicable law and subject to the legitimate retention needs of the service. Requests may be submitted through the tools made available in the account or by contacting the site administration.
