Nature of the service

GradeVault.eu is an informational and organizational platform intended for cataloguing graded Slabs, consulting collecting data, and enabling communication between users. The service does not operate as an auction house, financial intermediary, escrow service, broker, independent appraiser, regulated marketplace, or entity empowered to conclude sales on behalf of users.

User obligations

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness of uploaded information, the lawfulness of content, the legal availability of the goods displayed, the accuracy of published images, and compliance with third-party rights, tax, customs, consumer, and any other rules applicable to their activity.

User-to-user dealings and external transactions

Payments, shipping, swaps, purchases, additional authentications, insurance, and any other dealings between users take place entirely outside GradeVault.eu, which remains unrelated to the relevant contractual relationships. GradeVault.eu does not guarantee identity, solvency, reliability, title to goods, actual delivery, negotiation outcomes, or the conformity of cards or certifications.

Estimated values, price trends, sales data, automated classifications, and any other information made available by the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, commercial, or appraisal advice, nor a promise of proceeds, public offer, or guarantee of absolute accuracy. The service is provided “as is”, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
